Cute Mouse Decorated Pointe Shoe, Mouse King Nutcracker Ballet Shoe, Upcycled Nutcracker Pointe Shoe, - New Arrivals

This soft gray and white mouse decorated upcycled pointe shoe was inspired by one of the characters in the classical ballet The Nutcracker, a mouse. In the story, the mouse is killed by Clara for terrorizing the gingerbread men and her beloved Nutcracker doll that has come to life. The Nutcracker turns into a prince who whisks her away to a magical dessert land where she gets to be a princess for the night before waking to find that it was all a dream. The story is set in the Edwardian age in Europe. This mouse shoe is complete with wire whiskers, felt ears and nose, and a loop to hang it by. It was one of my daughter's, who danced many roles within Nutcracker over the years. The Brand is Bloch, European Balance. Students typically wear the same pair of shoes or two pairs of shoes for a few months, so they represent many hours of hard work and dedication to the art of ballet. If you have a dancer in your life, I would be delighted to customize one of their own shoes to your specific liking.
